Casey Balser

Director of Strategy and Development, Texas

Casey Balser has been with Benchmark Family Services since 2012. Casey is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University where she was awarded a bachelor’s degree in Child and Family Studies with an emphasis in Child Development. Casey has served the agency in multiple capacities, starting her career as a TSS within the Florence, Kentucky Office. Casey then transitioned into the Licensing Specialist Role before later accepting a Regional Director position, overseeing our Berea and Lexington Regional Offices. Casey later returned to her roots in Florence where she took on the Regional Director position beginning in May of 2018. More recently, Casey has accepted the role of Director of Strategy and Development, aiding in oversight in growth and development for the agency.
